I can only guess that Thomas Graham of Arvada is an old curmudgeon (that’s a polite way of saying it) who doesn’t like have is dag-gum taxes raised by the guvmint. How else to explain the nasty little stinker he slipped into the JeffCo election guide, ostensibly to support the school district’s mill levy and bond issue. You don’t have to read very far to discern that he’s railing against the proposals, and using senior citizens as the butt of his singularly unfunny joke. 

You’re a class act, Mr. Graham. Not.
