			<description>Okay, get rid of the union.  Then deal with the exact same systemic social problems and try to get better results.  When the complexity of the situation reaches proportions that would baffle Einstein, we need to decide why education has become so complex.  Could it be that self-serving agendas, including the union, and the politicians, are creating more problems than they are solving?

Education is in itself, a beautiful statement on humanity.  That we can learn and change our behavior and thoughts and thereby, our world.  The politics of education are quite another thing... - Esther</description>
