This website is partly an outgrowth of a report that was published by The Piton Foundation in January 2008, "Many Voices,  Many Views: Education Policy Making in Colorado."

That report examines how education policy is made in our state and analyzes the key groups that attempt to influence that debate. Although the report includes a preview of the 2008 legislative session, the document provides a broader view of policy making and influence, beyond the setting of a single legislative session.

"Many Voices, Many Views" also includes a directory of 40 influential education organizations, based on information compiled in late 2007.
